Premium White: P.D.O. Robola of Cephalonia
Ionian Trilogy Premium Robola is the exclusive oenological overture of Ionian Trilogy, made entirely from selected grapes of Robola of Cephalonia (P.D.O.), a rare, ancient, noble variety – of the finest in the Mediterranean – cultivated for ages in a unique and extremely lowyielding terroir: limestone, gravelly and barren soils amid the breathtaking steep gradients of the slopes of Mt Ainos. Complexity, minerality, stubborn intensity in nose and vivacious acidity on the palate with aromas of citrus fruits, orange, bergamot, citron, grapefruit, white peach, sea salt and evening breeze. Stimulating start, evolutionary session, long finish.

Premium Red: Dry Mavrodaphne of Cephalonia
Ionian Trilogy Premium Red signifies the Trilogy’s ambivalent symbolisms of blood and sacrifice, youth and eternal life. Made by antiques indigenous varieties recorded since the Homeric Age, this complex, generous and intense wine is made by carefully selected grapes at the slopes of Mt Aenos. Round taste and soft tannins. Aromas that combine mature fruit with nuts and wood.

Premium Dry Rosé : Robola and Dry Mavrodaphne of Cephalonia
Ionian Trilogy Premium Rosé is a wine devoted to the Fs [Eὖ (ef) = good, nice, beautiful]: Femininity, Fertility, Fortune, Festivity. With a characteristic crystal clarity and aromas of fresh cherries, bergamot, rose petals and jasmine, a glass embraces all subtle shades of a summer sunset in Ionian Sea. Elegant and aromatic nose with a smooth and balanced taste.
